1. Information We Collect

1.1 Data provided by Discord

When you use Ayami (on Discord or on the website), we collect the following information through the Discord API:

• Your unique Discord user ID
• Your username, display name and avatar
• IDs and names of servers where Ayami is present
• Role and channel IDs used to configure the bot's systems
• On the website, when you log in with your Discord account: the list of servers you have permission to manage, used to show the dashboard. We do not request your email.

1.2 Data generated by usage

While you use Ayami, we generate and store progress and configuration data, including:

• Star balance, economy transaction history and daily reward streak
• Progress in the Garden, Workshop, Exploration, Companions, Collections and Missions systems, plus reputation and achievements
• Adventurer Rank (XP) and characters obtained in earlier versions of Ayami
• Local currency, balance and history for the Server Bank, Shop, Local Market, companies, contracts and local financial services (on servers with a Lua Crescente subscription or higher)
• House system configuration and history (reception, characters, roll calls, permissions)
• Reminders (text and time) and your DM notification preference
• Counts of messages, reactions and active days per user and per channel (Activity dashboard and server rankings), and message counts for giveaway requirements
• Participation in giveaways and tickets (author, participants and status). Ticket transcripts, when enabled by the server, are sent to channels chosen by its administrators and are not stored by Ayami
• Warnings (warns) and moderation records: user ID, moderator ID, reason and date
• Top.gg votes (user ID), used to credit your reward
• Command usage records (command, options, server, channel, user and date) and Logic Engine automation run records (user and channel IDs, result and errors)
• Block (blacklist) records, where applicable: ID, reason and date
• Server configuration set up by administrators (Logic Builder, tickets, giveaways, security, library, and more) and backups of role and channel structure made by the security module
• Images you upload to the Image Editor and to Ayami's Custom Profile

1.3 Message Content

Ayami requests the Discord Message Content Intent, used only inside servers (never in direct messages), to:

• Activity statistics: words and emojis from messages are converted into anonymous, aggregated counts (e.g. "word X appeared 12 times today") for the server's Activity dashboard. The original message text is not saved, only these counts, which are automatically deleted after 120 days.
• Logic Builder, Logic Nodes and Logic Script automations: when an admin creates an automation with a condition like "if the message contains X", or a custom prefix command, Ayami needs to read the message content at that moment to evaluate the condition. That content is not stored after being processed.
• Prefix commands: to recognize commands typed as text (such as economy and bank commands).
• Moderation and security: features enabled by the server administrator (such as filters and anti-link) evaluate the message at the moment it is sent, without Ayami storing the text.

1.4 Website and dashboard

• Session cookie (Discord login, valid for 7 days): keeps you logged in. Discord access tokens are kept only on the server, tied to your session.
• Language cookie (1 year): remembers the language you chose.
• Visits to public pages: we only record which page was accessed and when, with no IP address and no personal identification.
• Support Center: your messages and attachments, the category and status of the conversation and, for payment requests, the plan, period and server you chose.
• Portfolios: ratings (1 to 5), comments, likes and favorites. Ratings and comments are public and show your Discord display name and avatar.
• Image Editor: the images you import and the templates you create.

1.5 Integrations and connected services

• Twitch (optional): your account's ID, login, display name and avatar, and the access tokens you authorize. With the viewer profile, only your public profile. With the streamer profile, also read and moderation permissions on your channel (followers, chat, bans, messages, moderators, VIPs, blocked terms, chat settings and unban requests).
• Chat of connected Twitch channels: for people taking part in chat, we store ID, login, display name, avatar, message count, watch time, streams watched and last seen, plus moderation records (target, moderator, reason and duration).
• YouTube: only public data from channels that administrators choose to follow.
• Logic Script Endpoints (paid plans): the HTTP requests received, including IP address, user-agent, headers and body, with history limited according to the plan.

1.6 Data we do NOT collect

• The content of direct messages (DMs) between users
• The text of regular server messages (we only keep counts, as explained above). The exception is messages you send directly to us in the Support Center
• Your email address: we use email neither for login nor for contact
• Banking or payment information (processed by third parties, such as the platform used for subscriptions)
• Personal information outside of Discord, beyond what you voluntarily connect (such as Twitch)
• Geographic location

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide the bot's and website's features (economy, House, Server Bank, missions, dashboard, and other systems)
• Maintain your progress and settings between sessions
• Send reminders and notifications you've configured
• Generate server activity statistics
• Provide support in the Support Center and confirm subscriptions
• Run the integrations you connect (such as Twitch)
• Improve performance and fix issues
• Detect and prevent misuse or violations of the Terms (including automatic analysis of Logic Script scripts)

3. Data Sharing

Ayami does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared:

• With infrastructure providers necessary for the service to run (databases, hosting)
• With platforms that are part of how the service works or that you connect (Discord, Twitch, YouTube and Top.gg), within the limits of each integration
• With services loaded by your browser when opening the website (Google Fonts, library CDNs and Discord and Twitch images), which may receive your IP address
• With the Discord server where you use the bot: administrators can see activity, moderation, ticket and economy data for that server
• When required by law or court order
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of users

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is kept for as long as you use Ayami. If Ayami is removed from a server, that server's specific configuration data (including House and Server Bank data) stops being used and is deleted within 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply.

When you disconnect your Twitch account in Connected Accounts, access is revoked and the tokens are deleted. You can also request deletion of your personal data (economy profile, progress, reminders, and more) at any time, free of charge, by opening a ticket on Ayami's support server or Support Center. Our team confirms and carries out the deletion as soon as possible.

5. Your Rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your stored data
• Correction: Fix incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
• Deletion: Request the deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured format
• Information: Be informed about who we share your data with
• Withdrawal: Withdraw consent for the use of your data

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Restricted database access
• Continuous security monitoring

7. Minors

Ayami follows Discord's Terms of Service, which require users to be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from users younger than that. If identified, such data will be deleted immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be announced on the support server. Continued use of Ayami after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
