1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Ayami Hoshiori to your Discord server, using any of its commands, or accessing the website and dashboard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of Ayami is also subject to the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. When you connect accounts from other platforms (such as Twitch), the terms of each platform also apply.

2. Description of Service

Ayami Hoshiori is a multipurpose Discord bot focused on no-code automation, together with a website and a control dashboard. It offers:

• The Logic Engine for automations: Logic Builder, Logic Nodes and Logic Script
• Embed and Components V2 creation tools, and a Library of ready-made flows and systems
• Tickets, giveaways, security and moderation, and the Houses system
• An economy based on Stars: missions, exploration, garden, workshop, companions, collections, shop and market
• Server Bank and local economy, with a currency defined by each server
• Twitch and YouTube integrations (alerts, commands, moderation and watch time, depending on the platform)
• An Image Editor to create custom templates
• A Support Center on the website
• Premium plans (Nova Estrela, Lua Crescente and Constellation)

3. Eligibility

To use Ayami, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (as required by Discord)
• Have a valid Discord account
• Agree to these Terms and to Discord's Terms
• Be an administrator or have permission on the server to add bots
• To access a server's dashboard, have the Manage Server permission on it

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Ayami to:

• Violate the Terms of Service or Guidelines of Discord (or of connected platforms, such as Twitch)
• Attempt to exploit bugs, loopholes, or reverse-engineer the bot
• Automate commands abusively (command spam)
• Transfer, sell, or share your progress account
• Use Ayami for illegal purposes or to harm third parties
• Attempt to bypass economy systems or gain unfair advantages
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Create automations, scripts (Logic Script) or Endpoint requests with malicious intent, such as spam, phishing, improper data collection or attacks on third parties
• Post illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, whether in support chats, public comments or the Library
• Attempt to access data, servers or areas of the service without authorization

5. Premium Plans (Nova Estrela, Lua Crescente and Constellation)

5.1 Purchase and Payments

Subscriptions are purchased through the website's Support Center, in the Payments category, with our team confirming everything with you. Payments may be processed by third-party platforms, and by making a purchase you agree to the terms of those platforms. Plans are purchased per period (monthly or annual).

5.2 Refund Policy

In general, purchases of digital plans are non-refundable once activated. Exceptional cases may be reviewed by support with valid justification.

5.3 Keys and Redeem Codes

Individual keys and redeem codes are for personal use and follow the rules of each one (such as expiry and usage limits). Resale or transfer is not permitted.

5.4 Changes to Benefits

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove plan benefits with reasonable advance notice.

5.5 Servers with Premium

Each plan unlocks premium for a limited number of servers, chosen by you. The limits and benefits of each plan are described on the website's plans page.

6. Virtual Currency (Stars)

Stars are the virtual currency of Ayami's economy and have no real monetary value. The same applies to local currencies created by servers (Server Bank), which can only be used inside that server. They cannot be:

• Exchanged for real money or sold outside Ayami
• Transferred between different accounts of the same person
• Refunded in the event of suspension for violating the terms

7. Suspension and Ban

We reserve the right to suspend, permanently ban or block (blacklist) users or servers that violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund of any amounts paid, in the following cases:

• Exploiting bugs or abusive behavior
• Serious violation of Discord's guidelines
• Attempts at fraud or system manipulation
• Malicious use of automations, scripts or integrations
• Behavior harmful to the community

8. Content and Administrator Responsibility

Server administrators are responsible for the automations, settings, messages, tickets and any other data they create or collect with Ayami on their servers, including informing their members and complying with applicable law. You remain the owner of what you create (flows, scripts, embeds, templates and images). By publishing something in the Library, you allow other users to install and use that creation. We may automatically analyze script content to detect abuse, and remove or block anything that violates these Terms.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Ayami integrates with services such as Discord, Twitch, YouTube and Top.gg, and is not affiliated with them. When you connect your Twitch account, you choose between the viewer profile (your public profile only) and the streamer profile (read and moderation permissions on your channel), and you agree to Twitch's terms. You can disconnect at any time in Connected Accounts, which revokes the access granted to Ayami. Whoever enables moderation, including cross-moderation between Discord and Twitch, is responsible for the actions applied in their community.

10. Support Center and Website Content

The Support Center requires a Discord login. Messages exchanged there are mirrored in a channel on the official Discord server and are visible to our team. When a conversation is closed, a copy (transcript) is sent by direct message to you and to an internal team record.

Comments and ratings left on the website's portfolios are public and show your Discord display name and avatar. Please be respectful: we may remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Service Availability

Ayami is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

12. Intellectual Property and Credits

The character Ayami Hoshiori (name, appearance, story and visual identity) is an original creation of Thalles, the Creator of Ayami. You may use her, for example in fan art, videos, writing and community content, as long as you give proper credit to Thalles, the Creator of Ayami, and to Ayami Hoshiori. The code, systems and other elements of the service remain protected: reproduction or unauthorized use of them is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

Ayami is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of progress data in the event of serious technical failures.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. By continuing to use Ayami after changes, you accept the new terms. Significant changes will be announced on the support server.
