1. Information We Collect

1.1 Data provided by Discord

When you use Ayami, we automatically collect the following information through the Discord API:

• Your unique Discord user ID
• Your Discord username
• IDs of servers where Ayami is present
• Role and channel IDs used to configure the bot's systems

1.2 Data generated by usage

While you use Ayami, we generate and store progress and configuration data, including:

• Star balance and economy transaction history
• Progress in the Garden, Workshop, Exploration, Companions, Collections and Missions systems
• Obtained characters and Adventurer Rank
• Local currency, balance and transaction history for the Server Bank (on servers with a Lua Crescente subscription or higher)
• House system configuration and history (reception, characters, roll calls, permissions)
• Reminder and notification settings
• In-game UID (when voluntarily provided)
• Server configuration set up by administrators (Logic Builder, tickets, giveaways, library, and more)

1.3 Message Content

Ayami requests the Discord Message Content Intent, used strictly for two purposes, both inside servers (never in direct messages):

• Activity statistics: words and emojis from messages are converted into anonymous, aggregated counts (e.g. "word X appeared 12 times today") for the server's Activity dashboard. The original message text is not saved, only these counts, which are automatically deleted after 120 days.
• Logic Builder automations: when an admin creates an automation with a condition like "if the message contains X", Ayami needs to read the message content at that moment to evaluate the condition. That content is not stored after being processed.

1.4 Data we do NOT collect

• The content of direct messages (DMs) between users
• The full text of server messages (only aggregated counts, as explained above)
• Banking or payment information (processed by third parties, such as the platform used for subscriptions)
• Personal information outside of Discord
• Geographic location

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide the bot's features (economy, House, Server Bank, missions, and other systems)
• Maintain your progress and settings between sessions
• Send reminders and notifications you've configured
• Generate aggregated server activity statistics
• Improve performance and fix issues
• Detect and prevent misuse or violations of the Terms

3. Data Sharing

Ayami does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared:

• With infrastructure providers necessary for the service to run (databases, hosting)
• When required by law or court order
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of users

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is kept for as long as you use Ayami. If Ayami is removed from a server, that server's specific configuration data (including House and Server Bank data) stops being used and is deleted within 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply.

You can request deletion of your personal data (economy profile, progress, reminders, UID, and more) at any time, free of charge, by opening a ticket on Ayami's support server. Our team confirms and carries out the deletion as soon as possible.

5. Your Rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your stored data
• Correction: Fix incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
• Deletion: Request the deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured format
• Information: Be informed about who we share your data with
• Withdrawal: Withdraw consent for the use of your data

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Restricted database access
• Continuous security monitoring

7. Minors

Ayami follows Discord's Terms of Service, which require users to be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from users younger than that. If identified, such data will be deleted immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be announced on the support server. Continued use of Ayami after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
